While we strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of our programs, all content, materials, and information provided are for educational purposes only and are not guaranteed to meet specific legal, professional, or industry certification requirements unless explicitly stated.

Dante Languages is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or reliance on our services or materials. It is the responsibility of the client or user to ensure that the services provided meet their specific needs or requirements.

By engaging with Dante Languages, clients agree to our terms and conditions, which are subject to change without prior notice. For the latest information or specific inquiries, please contact us directly.

Sale and Registration

Dante  Languages is fully compliant with the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013. Our Data Protection can be found on our noticeboard, and further copies are available upon request."

Students must enroll for an entire term and purchase the prescribed books / study guide.
All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. No students will be allowed to attend a class until all fees are paid in full. Special requests in respect of payment must be directed to info@dantelanguages.com.
Please note that credit notes are neither transferable, nor redeemable for cash and have a strict expiry date.
Dante is not liable for loss, damage or injury to any person or property.
No lesson will take place on public holidays, should a lesson fall on a public holiday, that lesson will be rescheduled to the following week.
All Language courses must be completed within 4 months of registration, exceptions will only be considered under special circumstances.

Cancellation, Complaints

Cancellation
Once a student enrolls in a course or service provided by Dante, no refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. This policy ensures the efficient allocation of resources and the sustainability of our educational programs.
If a course or service is canceled by Dante, students or customers may request a full refund or opt for a full credit to be applied to the following term.
Group lessons may not be rescheduled or canceled unless all students in the group class agree to the change.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation of a private lesson. Failure to inform Dante at least 24 hours in advance will result in the lesson being forfeited, with the full amount charged.
Lessons canceled by a student may be rescheduled but will not be reimbursed. Private students are permitted a maximum of one (1) cancellation or reschedule.

Additional Dante Services
In line with our strict policies, Dante Languages upholds a non-refundable policy for all additional services, regardless of the circumstances. This policy reflects our commitment to efficient resource allocation and the sustainability of our programs.

Complaints Policy
At Dante Languages, we are committed to providing a high-quality language learning experience. Should you have any complaints about our courses, instructors, or facilities, we encourage you to follow our complaint policy:

Initial Contact: Please address your complaint directly to the course instructor or relevant staff member to seek an immediate solution.
Formal Complaint: If the issue is not resolved satisfactorily, you are encouraged to submit a written complaint to our Customer Service department via email at info@dantelanguages.com
Review Process: Your complaint will be reviewed within 5 working days, and we may contact you for further information.
Resolution: We aim to resolve complaints within 15 working days of receipt. You will be informed of the outcome and any actions taken.

Loyalty Program 

Welcome to the Dante Languages Loyalty Program! By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Earning Points

1.1 Points are earned at the rate of 1 point per Rand spent on eligible purchases with Dante Languages.
1.2 Points are credited to your account upon completion of the transaction and after payment is received in full.
1.3 Points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another participant's points.
1.4 Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2. Redeeming Points

2.1 Points can be redeemed for the following rewards:

  • 30,000 Points: A luxury dinner for two at one of the finest restaurants in Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Durban, featuring a set menu carefully curated and prearranged to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

  • 100,000 Points: One year of free membership at one of our partnered gyms across South Africa, based on pre-selected plans to provide an excellent fitness experience.

  • 150,000 Points: Two nights at a luxury spa resort in South Africa, offering relaxation and rejuvenation.

  • 200,000 Points: A three-night MSC cruise departing from South Africa to the Portuguese Islands.
    2.2 Redemption requests must be submitted through the official Dante Languages platform or customer service team.
    2.3 Rewards are subject to availability and may require advance booking.
    2.4 Once redeemed, points cannot be refunded or exchanged for other rewards.

3. Program Membership

3.1 Membership in the Dante Languages Loyalty Program is free and open to all customers aged 18 and above.
3.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3.3 Dante Languages reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

4. Expiry of Points

4.1 Points do not expire and will remain in your account indefinitely unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Participants will be notified of expiring points through their registered email.

5. Program Changes

5.1 Dante Languages reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Changes will be communicated via our official channels, including email and our website.

6. Liability

6.1 Dante Languages is not responsible for any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of points.
6.2 Rewards are provided "as is" and may be subject to additional terms from third-party providers.
